Booking & Cancellation Policy

1. Booking Deposit

To secure your appointment, Never Seen Washing Like This LLC requires a non-refundable $30 deposit at the time of booking. This deposit guarantees your spot on our schedule and will be applied toward the total cost of your service.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that things come up. If you need to reschedule, we require at least 48 hours' notice. If you reschedule with proper notice, your $30 deposit will be transferred to your new appointment date.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service, or no-shows, will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

3. Weather Delays

Our services are weather-dependent. If we must cancel your appointment due to rain, high winds, freezing temperatures, or other unsafe weather conditions, we will contact you to reschedule as soon as possible. In this event, your deposit will be fully transferred to the new date.

4. Site Preparation

Please ensure all windows are closed, vehicles (if not being detailed) are moved away from the wash area, and fragile items, electronics, or outdoor furniture are properly secured or removed before our arrival.
